With experience of organising networking events, seminars, panel/round table discussions, invitation-only events, drinks receptions, speaker events, showcase events, new premise openings, award ceremonies, book launches, product launches, corporate parties, themed events, charity fund-raising events, conferences, exhibitions and large-scale dinners, no event is too small or too large and all business sectors are catered for. I also organise the Midlands Service Excellence awards each year.
A conversation (ideally face-to-face) takes place to discuss the purpose and objectives of the event together with any pre-requisite requirements. Following the conversation, a proposal is prepared which details what activities will take place before, during and after the event. The proposal includes the cost for the event. Upon the signing of the event agreement, an invoice is raised and work on the event starts.
